Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist & Copywriter will be responsible for developing and publishing content across multiple channels, managing end-to-end trade show logistics, leading educational webinars, and supporting company objectives through effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to communicate complex medical device and remote care management concepts to key healthcare decision-makers, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, pharmacies, physicians, nurses, and office managers. The position also partners closely with global cross-functional teams, including colleagues based in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting, Content Strategy & Marketing Collateral
- Research industry trends and create engaging, well-structured content for email campaigns, advertisements, websites, blogs, social media, event materials, video scripts, internal and external communications, and sales collateral.
- Write, edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards.
- Manage and maintain the company's literature library and product support materials, including product manuals, sell sheets, brochures, product guides, and educational resources.
- Engage proactively with customers and partners to understand challenges and develop marketing and implementation materials that support program adoption and long-term success.
Trade Shows, Events & Webinar Management
- Identify and evaluate industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events that align with company growth strategies.
- Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including registration, booth logistics, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site event support.
- Develop, organize, and lead educational webinars designed to generate new business opportunities, support revenue growth, and educate healthcare professionals.
Digital Marketing, Business Support & Market Intelligence
- Create and support ongoing digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content calendar management.
- Monitor trends and developments within the Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) markets to identify customer needs and recommend content opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop outreach strategies and track performance across key business segments, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, pharmacies, clinics, and large healthcare organizations.
- Partner effectively with international teams, including the design team in Taiwan, to ensure timely project execution and alignment.
- Travel as required to support conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and other business initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting, content development, or a related field.
- Experience within the healthcare, medical device, or healthcare technology industry is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.

- Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare and technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Willingness to travel as required.
